The Nikon D100 DSLR is a middle ground camera. You may not see any of the pro's using this
camera but for someone looking to get a better camera than just a point and shoot this might
be just what you are looking for. After some research, we can say this is a solid piece of
photographic equipment. You get 6 megapixels, dynamic autofocus, resolution up to 3008 x
2000 and many other great features. There is a built in flash or you can add a flash to this
camera. You also have compatibility with over 40 AF Nikkor lenses. You can get good shots
right out of the box though I would recommend getting to know all the settings and functions
for the best photographs.
Pros:
Superb image quality--up to 3,008 x 2,000 pixels
Nicely weighted, full-featured body
Compatible with Microdrives
Cons:
Noticed a bit less definition to images
